While James is an excellent home inspector, his real strength is in presenting the facts in a manner that does not inflame the parties. At the end of most home inspections, there is very little dialogue. What I found invaluable with James was, at the end of the inspection, he would take the time to gather the parties and offer to summarize. By conducting this review, he completely eliminated being blind sided or shocked by the report itself. It promotes an atmosphere of cooperation between the buyer and seller that would not have been otherwise possible.
